About Carli
Carli understands the value of strength training. Carli grew up in the Chicago area playing fastpitch softball. A shoulder injury brought her to physical therapy and it was through getting stronger that she was able to return to the field. This led her to pursue a career as a physical therapist.
Carli attended the University of Missouri for her bachelor’s degree and for her doctorate of physical therapy. She soon got into strength training. It was there, she hit her lifetime PR of 225 on a back squat!
Since school, Carli has worked in a variety of physical therapy clinics and with youth sports teams, but one thing unites each of her experiences: strength training as the core of all of her treatment programs.
Through a few of her own injuries, Carli has found value in the gym. Sticking to a well rounded strength program has been the most successful tool for her to feel good and stay active. She believes in the long game in the gym and staying consistent to the basics. You will hear her say that getting strong is the key to getting and staying out of pain.
In her free time, you’ll find her outside hiking, biking, skiing, or asking to pet the nearest dog. When not busy in the mountains, she’ll be eating good food, watching sports, in the gym, or napping.
