Do I have to be a member?No, we have member and non-member rates in our webshop.

I have a really great home gym, can I still workout from home?Yes! We offer virtual training options. You can purchase a session single session, custom program through our app or a virtual training plan depending on your needs.

Do I need to wear shoes?Wearing shoes really depends on your activity. If you are jumping it can help provide more cushion and stability for landing. If you are lifting weights it is recommended to help prevent injury in the event a weight is dropped.

How many participants are in a semi-private session?In a semi-private sessions we will take up to 4 participants in house and 2 connections on screen.

How do I lookup my payment history?This information is available at anytime in your app under "account info" or by logging into your account through your desktop computer. From the desktop look for the "club account info" tab.

How long does it take for a person's body to get used to working out?Adjusting to working out can vary for each person. It can depend on how out of shape they are. It is not uncommon for people to experience delayed onset muscle soreness up to 72 hours post exercise. People also experience a general overall muscle soreness for a couple weeks after starting a new regular workout program.

What type of weights should I buy for my home?I like the Bow Flex Select Tec. I have a set of my own. Its a real space saver and they go all the way up to 52.5 lbs.

What type of mat should I use?Any old yoga mat would work just fine to get started. If you are looking to buy a new mat I prefer one with thicker padding like the BalanceFrom Go mat. Thicknesses range from .5in to 2in.

How many participants can there be in a live video session?Because viewing space can be limited on a device camera I recommend not exceeding 2 participants per device connected.

Are exercise bands good?Resistance bands are a great option for people working out from home. They are compact, versatile and very effective. Resistance bands can offer many benefits similar to traditional free weights.
