You can train on your own or get friends or family to join in on your workout. Pricing is based on how many screens connected in the session.

Cancellation Policy

We have firm 24 hour late cancellation policy. If you need to cancel within that time you are subject to a charge half the value of the appointment you have scheduled. In the event of a no show you will be charged the full value of the session. Thank you for your understanding.
